How will pricing work?

We will charge a low monthly subscription fee for access to our tool. Each tier will be able to export a different number of panels per month such as 50/100/300 for example. However, Since we are currently in Private Beta there is an opportunity for you to secure in an incredible lifetime price of $2.00/mo by joining now.

This is a limited time offer we are only giving to the first 5 people who join the Private Beta. As of May 20th, we have 3 more seats available.

Why is this not free?

We are focused on solving problems we believe are important problems for artists. The most trusted indicator of value is someone's willingness to pay for it. Rather than making a free product that is just okay, we want to make a paid product that is excellent and absolutely world-class.

As a creator yourself, I'm sure you understand this. Would you do your best work for free, or if you are compensated well to do it?

Can non-artists use this tool?

While technically anyone can use any tool, we do not recommend it. This assistant was specifically created to be a help to an artist. Therefore, we assume the user already has a strong understanding of how to create arts and this tool just helps them accomplish it faster. It cannot perform all core functions of an artist nor replace them.

Who owns the data uploaded?

You are the owner of the data. Every piece of data you submit to our systems will remain in your ownership and the day you decide to cancel your membership, we will permanently erase the assets you uploaded as well as the AI models created from those assets within a 14 day grace period.

Do I violate copyrights by using this tool?

This may differ by nation but according to US copyright law, where we are headquartered, then answer is no. A copyright violation would mean that you are using someone else's art and earning income from it without approval from its owner.

Since the images that come out of the generator are all based on your own art, there is no basis upon which you could be considered a violator.

What if the dataset was exposed to protected IP during training? Would that put me at risk?

Although generative AI has yet to be legislated directly, the more likely answer is no. Copyright law protects the public usage of copyrighted content for commercial purposes, not their consumption by computer systems. (See article for reference)

Furthermore, the US Copyright Office has a doctrine of "Fair Use" which allows the liberal use copyrighted content for the sake of freedom of expression. Historically, the US Justice System tends to be more lenient than strict thus the courts are likely to decide to allow free consumption during training but restricted usage after generation.

Can someone use your tool with my art and without my consent?

No, we do not allow you to use someone else's art to generate anything with our AI tools. Every time a new user signs up and creates a new AI model, we ask them to provide ownership verification over the assets they are submitting.

If you are an artist or studio working with a client, we will request for evidence of the transaction such as client contract, invoice, etc...

Accounts who fail to pass verification will not be activated.

Do you provide premium support?

Yes! Every business account will have a dedicated support manager and point of contact, namely the Founder himself.
